How long will my carpet take to arrive?

Each manufacturer has a different lead time, ranging from next day through to two weeks (into our courier). If you check our delivery page for details of each manufacturer lead time and then you can see the postcode areas per day. Any questions can be asked through email or online chat though. 

What’s the best underlay for my carpet?

On each product we have recommended underlays. These have been selected by our experts depending on the type/thickness and quality of the carpet you are choosing. If there is an underlay that you want specifically that you can’t find on our website, let us know as we should be able to source it to supply with your other products.

Which way does the pattern run on a carpet?

In general, stripes and patterns run along the length of a carpet. Depending on the shape of your room and where the entrance is, may determine which way you want the carpet to be laid. It is often best to ask about patterns and stripes and we can assess the layout of your specific room. 

Do you do blue light discount?

By default we don’t offer blue light discount. If you have seen a better deal elsewhere, please get in touch and we will always see what we can do. 

Are your products seconds or b-grade?

All of our product come from manufacturer stock so are brand new, exactly the same as you buy from the high street. If there is any issue with any of the products, they will be replaced from new stock. We never send roll ends or remnants as substitutes for new carpet orders. 

Do I get a guarantee?

All of our products come with a manufacturer guarantee. The length of guarantee varies product by product but any queries can be sent via live chat or email. Any issues that arise with products are dealt with by us on your behalf and a resolution is sought by us.

Do you offer a fitting service?

We offer a supply only service online. There is a fitting directory available online called the National Institute of Carpet & Floor Layers. On this directory you can search for carpet and floor layers based on geographical location. 

Can you deliver upstairs?

Our courier only deliver ground floor due to the nature of our products. The ideal location is a garage or outbuilding but where this isn’t possible, the item needs to be able to be positioned through a doorway. Bear in mind carpets come as rolls and the size of the product is basically, the width of the carpet you’ve ordered. For example, if you order a 5m wide carpet, its rolled and arrives as a 5m long parcel that needs space to be able to fit. 

Do you sell underlay per square metre?

We only sell full rolls of underlay due to where they are stored and despatched from. Underlay roll sizes do vary but generally they are 15m2 rolls. 

Do you have regular discount codes?

We don’t have any blanket discount codes. We offer seasonal discounts but these vary. If you find a better deal with another online retailer, let us know and we can see if we can offer any discounts.

Can my carpet be cut to room size?

All carpets can be cut per room size. We can supply as many cuts as required to make it easy for the delivery driver and fitter. We can only cut per length, widths are a standard fixed width.
